From startup
to seven figures.

I help startups and owner-operated businesses turn marketing spend into revenue. Two clients I have worked with since 2017 and 2020 have both grown past seven figures a year. One started in a 2-bay garage. The other started with no logo.

Industries I work in B2B tech · Real estate · Automotive · Travel and hospitality
01

B2B Tech

Demand generation, technical SEO, and content built for long sales cycles and buying committees rather than impulse purchases.

02

Real Estate

Media, brokerage, and agent marketing. My longest running client sells into this market every day across three states.

03

Automotive

Independent repair shops and vehicle customization. Two clients in this space, both driven almost entirely by local search.

04

Travel and Hospitality

Destination and hospitality marketing, and the AI shift reshaping how travelers research, which is what I speak about at conferences.

01 / Results

Five clients.
Real growth, not vanity metrics.

Most of these started with a brand or a website, then grew into ongoing SEO and paid media work. Three are still clients today.

01 Luxe Life Productions

Luxe Life Productions

Real estate media · Haverhill, MA · 2017 to present

Real estate photography is a crowded local market where every competitor sells the same service list. I led the branding, project managed the logo and website build, then built location pages targeting every town their agents list in across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Google Ads and Meta Ads run on top of that foundation, so paid traffic lands on pages that already rank.

02 German Automotive Solutions

German Automotive Solutions

German auto repair · Methuen, MA · 2020 to present

Alex opened a 2-bay shop in Andover with no website and no marketing. I built the original site, then ran Google Ads against the searches that actually book work: BMW repair, check engine diagnostics, and the specific models he services. Meta handled local awareness. I also project managed the logo redesign and the shop apparel. He has since moved into a 4-bay garage in Methuen off I-93.

03 MobiCuts

MobiCuts

Mobile barbershop · North Shore, MA · 2021

A barbershop with no shop. Nobody was searching for a mobile barber on the North Shore yet, so the brand had to create the demand rather than capture it. I handled naming and identity, built the website, then used local SEO and Meta Ads to get the name in front of people in Beverly, Salem, Danvers, and Peabody. Classic startup problem: no category, no search volume, no budget for waste.

04 RDM Autostyling

RDM Autostyling

Vehicle wraps & customization · Peabody, MA · 2025

A website build. RDM already had a strong brand and a real following on Instagram, so my job was structure: a dedicated page for every service so each one can rank on its own, clear paths to a quote request, and an online shop for merchandise and custom air ride controller cases. No branding work needed.

05 El Dorado Talent

El Dorado Talent

LATAM recruiting startup · 2026 to present

An early-stage startup where the founder built the site and brand himself. He did not need an agency, he needed strategy. I advise on the technical side: how the URLs should be structured so the site can scale to hundreds of pages, which pages to build next based on what people actually search, and how to spend on Google and Meta without burning runway.

02 / Services

What I do
for clients.

I do not sell retainers for busywork. Every engagement starts by finding where your money is leaking, then fixing that first.

01

SEO and AI visibility

Getting found in Google and inside AI answers. More people now research through ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI Overviews, and those tools cite a different set of pages than the ones that rank. I audit what you have, fix the technical foundation, and restructure content so it gets picked up in both places.

02

Google Ads and Meta Ads

Paid media judged on cost per lead and closed revenue, not clicks. I read the search terms report before I touch a bid, cut the queries that waste money, and make sure conversion tracking is actually recording the leads you care about.

Google SearchPerformance MaxMeta prospectingConversion trackingBudget strategy
03

Websites and analytics

Site builds and rebuilds, plus the measurement underneath them. Most businesses I meet cannot tell me which channel produced last month's leads. I set up GA4 and Google Tag Manager so you can answer that question in 30 seconds.

04

Startup and brand consulting

For founders launching something new. Naming, logo direction, positioning, and the first marketing plan. Three of the businesses above launched with a brand I helped build, and two of them started with nothing but an idea and a phone number.

03 / How I work

Foundation first.
Ads second.

Most agencies open by pitching you an ad budget. I start by understanding the business, then build the search foundation that makes every paid dollar work harder once we get there.

Step 01

Discovery

We start with the business, not the tactics. Where you are today, where you want to be in 12 months, what a good customer is actually worth to you, and what you have already tried.

Step 02

Foundation

Then we unpack what you have. If there is a website, we start there: technical audit, content strategy, and off-site work. You get ranked options with costs, not one take-it-or-leave-it plan.

Step 03

Go to market

With the foundation in place, we launch paid media. Google and Meta campaigns built around the offers and audiences discovery surfaced, sending traffic to pages that already convert.

Step 04

Report and adjust

Reporting tied to leads and revenue, reviewed often enough to act on. When something is not working, we cut it that week instead of waiting for the quarterly review.

04 / Speaking

AI changed how people search.
I speak about what to do about it.

I present at industry conferences on AI visibility and how generative search is changing the way customers find businesses. The examples come from B2B tech, real estate, automotive, and travel, depending on who is in the room.

Topic 01
Getting cited in AI answers

How ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI Overviews choose which sources to quote, and how to make your pages one of them.

Topic 02
Where AI helps and where it wastes time

Which tools genuinely save a marketing team hours, and which ones quietly create more cleanup work than they remove.

Topic 03
Proving ROI when clicks disappear

What to report to leadership when more research happens in AI tools that never send you a visit.

05 / About

I find the gaps
everyone else scrolled past.

I have spent over 10 years in digital marketing and I currently lead a team of 8 to 10 specialists as a Director of Digital Marketing. The consulting work is where I stay close to the actual levers: the site crawl, the search terms report, the page that gets traffic but no calls.

My clients are founders and owner-operators. They do not have a marketing department, and they cannot afford to spend six months on a strategy that does not produce leads. So I work in the order that matters: fix what is broken, prove it worked, then build on it.

“A report that ends in a chart is not finished. It should end in a decision.”

My work spans B2B tech, real estate, automotive, plus travel and hospitality. The through line is search: what people type, what AI tools answer, and whether either one turns into revenue. I speak at industry conferences on that shift.
